We will also agree the location, class size, software and resources available to the trainer before finalising our quotation.

TCST specialises in tailoring courses to suit our clients needs but we have suggested course outlines to enable clients to:

• Select a standard course if they are new to the software or require a introductory course
• Understand the aspects covered in a course within a given period to ensure any customisation meets their needs

To ensure that the training is fully utilised by the client, TCST offers the following post-course services:

• Course Notes
• Helpline
• A telephone and email support service is provided for each delegate up to 6 months following completion of a TCST course

TCST can provide a periodic floor walking service to deal with any issues as they arise in the work place. This is particularly suitable for large roll-outs or updates of business critical software.
